The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour at any time due to weather or safety concerns.
If the tour operator cancels the tour, customers will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule.
If a customer wishes to cancel or reschedule their tour, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice (6am is our standard take-off time). If they fail to do so, they will forfeit their payment.
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
All gift cards and voucher sales are final and non-refundable
