- 6 AM (UAE local time) is our standard take off time.
- Cancellation 72 hours before take off is 100% refundable.
- Cancellation 48 hours before take off is 75% refundable.
- Cancellation 24 hours before take off is 50% refundable.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before take off is non-refundable.
- Any cancellation from our side due to technical snag/weather/ATC Permission will either be rescheduled or ticket amount refunded within 15 working days.

- ’Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
